Club Officers

The Setauket Yacht Club was founded in 1959 and moved to its present location in the southeast corner of Port Jefferson harbor in 1977. The clubhouse, completed in 1982, has a large main room with a bar where meetings and social events are held. Our deck faces west over the harbor and offers one of the best views in town, especially at sunset. Our waterfront has two docks complete with water and electricity for use by Club members and Transients who can utilize them on a limited basis. The majority of our members moor their boats in the adjacent mooring field serviced by our club owned launches. For sailors who live out of the immediate area, Port Jefferson is easily reached by car and the Club has an area for parking.
